My Sister’s Bridal Shower
We recently celebrated my sister’s bridal shower, and as a wedding photographer, I naturally took on the role of capturing the event! It was a blast hosting the games, chatting with all the wonderful guests, and seeing my sister radiate with happiness. My sister has been an E.R. nurse for about eight years and is the most selfless, nurturing, and loving person I know. She remembers the little things about everyone she meets and ensures everyone feels loved and cared for in any way she can. It was wonderful to finally return the favor and treat her to a day full of love and fun where she could just show up and relax!
I've always admired her giving nature, but she is also my best friend, which is a bonus. She makes me laugh, think, strive for better, and is simply the best sister a girl could ask for. Her wedding is approaching, and while I won’t be photographing her ceremony, I will be doing her wedding reception photos and will be sure to blog about it—so stay tuned! I’m so happy for her and her fiance and cannot wait.
